The physicians of SEN&T Clinic specialize in otolaryngology and neurotology. Some insurance plans require a referral or preauthorization for services preformed by a specialist. Please verify this with your insurance plan and have these requirements in place prior to your appointment.

Most insurance plans require patients to pay a portion of billed services through a co-payment. You will be asked to pay your co-payment at the time of service. A service charge of $10.00 may be assessed for unpaid co-payments.

Uninsured Patients

Patients not covered by insurance should be prepared to pay a deposit of $150.00 at the time of service.
